Job Description We are looking for a Female Technical Writer to join our team and take charge of developing high-quality technical documentation that simplifies complex concepts for our users. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, developers, and product managers to create product manuals, user guides, installation instructions, SOPs, and help documentation for both hardware and software products. Roles & Responsibilities Create, edit, and maintain clear and concise product manuals, installation guides, user documentation, and technical help files. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand product functionality, workflows, and technical specifications. Develop visual aids such as diagrams, charts, schematics, and screenshots to enhance documentation. Maintain documentation version control and manage timely updates based on product revisions. Gather feedback from users and support teams to improve documentation quality.
