We are looking for SAP FICO consultant on Contract basis with Xyram and duration of the contract will be 6 month and extendable. Please find the below details and Job description for position and it very urgent requirement to close in weeks time. Position – SAP FICO Consultant Experience – 12+ years ( 9+ in FICO and at least 3+ in Finance domain) Budget – 17-18 LPA Education – B.Com/MBA (Finance) Location – Hyderabad or Bangalore Work Type – Hybrid (2-3 days WFO) Travel – Candidate should be comfortable to trave to client location ( Gurugram ) for short duration (2-3 weeks) on need basis. Job Description Strong SAP Experience with minimum 2-3 E2E implementation projects including SAP ECC and S/4HANA Provide Subject Matter Expertise in implementing & supporting SAP respective functional modules FICO on S/4 HANA Showcase & guide the business process owner on the best practices. Experience in Indian Statutory requirements like IND AS Should have worked on Audit requirement, Conducting RCA and create/execute the mitigation plan) steps Conduct assessment/due diligence on as-is process and perform fit/gap analysis with the to-be process. Creating functional requirements / blueprints as an input to application configuration & design Co-ordinate with business process owners and implement respective module as per the requirements. Testing detailed functional designs for business solution components. Conduct conference room pilots and conduct training to Business users. Provide day-to-day operational support to users. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in the review meetings and provide necessary updates on the tasks Be able to design solutions end to end on a specific module on complex custom enhancements Proficient in integration of SAP with other systems and able to design integration with other applications Able to guide and mentor trainee and Junior SAP consultants to enhance proficiency and help in Delivering on projects Be able to lead a team of Functional consultants in terms of guiding them to deliver on their work – development / support Provide oversight and track the deliverables of the team members and intervene as required to solve issues On large projects be a Team lead for a specific SAP module or Process flow – own the deliverables end to end and take accountability for the delivery of the team members as well Full Life-cycle experience as a SAP FICO Consultant on ECC and S/4 HANA working on all facets from Requirement gathering to post go live support. Minimum 2-3 E2E implementations in FI with strong understanding of client requirements, documenting BBPs, configuration, testing, training and decent knowledge on CO integration is required. Indepth Knowledge in AP, AR, GL, AA, Taxation and Banking (DME/eBRS/H2H etc.,) Must have worked on complex Data Migration and Cut Over activities in large landscape of Multiple company codes and assist Business team in smooth closing of month end and year end activities. Prepare functional specifications for customization requirements and work with ABAP team for any changes required and should understand basic coding principles and debugging. Fully understand and apply Group Accounting Policies and relevant Group/Finance Standards & Practices. Mandatory Skills : E2E implementation experience of SAP functional module in minimum 3-4 projects Expertise in implementation, Roll Out & Support projects. Must have high level knowledge of SAP ABAP on the respective module related tables , ability to provide logic and technical specifications for functionality in FICO Should have knowledge of, IDOCS, EDI/ALE etc., Must have knowledge in the Integration of SAP ECC/S4 HANA with other SAP Components in the related modules Previous experience working on large scale SAP Implementation Projects.
