We are hiring a SAP PP/QM Consultant with 68 years of experience for a full-time onsite role in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations, configuring production and quality management processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute the implementation, support, and optimization of SAP PP and QM modules. Gather business requirements and perform gap-fit analysis. Configure SAP Production Planning (PP) processes – BOM, Routing, MRP, Work Centers, Scheduling, etc. Configure SAP Quality Management (QM) processes – Quality Inspection, Notifications, Certificates, etc. Integrate SAP PP/QM with other modules like MM, SD, and WM. Manage unit testing, integration testing, and UAT in S/4HANA. Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials. Provide post-implementation support and handle incident management. Desired Candidate Profile: 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM. At least 1 end-to-end implementation in S/4HANA environment. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and quality control business processes. Experience in master data management (BOM, Work Center, Material Master, Inspection Plans). Excellent understanding of MRP, capacity planning, and batch management. Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Good to Have: SAP Certification in PP or QM. Exposure to Fiori apps in S/4HANA. Understanding of industry best practices in manufacturing and quality assurance.
