New hire /Termination /Benefits of employee recors keeping 3.Audit support related to HRIS 4.Assists with updating and maintaining forms, policies and procedures and creating process guides and other reference materials for employee training 5.Provides HRIS data support for various HR functions such as payroll, recruitment, benefits, and employee relations 1.
