Job Title: HR Admin / Accountant / Payroll Associate
Office Location: Gurugram, Sector 74a
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Timinigs: US Shift ( 7 PM to 4 AM)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin / Accountant / Payroll Associate to manage payroll and HR administration for our India operations. This role will ensure smooth day-to-day HR and accounting functions, including payroll processing, employee support, and financial coordination with our CA.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Compliance:
Manage monthly India payroll processing accurately and on time
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.)
Maintain payroll records and reports in spreadsheets and payroll systems
Reconcile payroll-related accounts and coordinate with finance
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee data in the HR portal (e.g., attendance, leaves, benefits)
Handle employee reimbursements, onboarding documentation, and exit formalities
Address employee queries and grievances related to payroll and HR policies
Assist in policy updates, benefits administration, and leave encashment tracking
Accounting Support:
Coordinate with external CA for accounting tasks and statutory filings
Assist in preparation of invoices, vendor payments, and expense tracking
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
Maintain organized spreadsheets and accounting records
Communication & Coordination:
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors/consultants
Communicate clearly and professionally with employees regarding payroll or HR matters
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or accounting roles
Knowledge of India payroll laws and statutory compliance
Proficient in Excel, accounting software, and HRMS tools (e.g., Keka, Zoho People, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive mindset
