Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and applicable laws and regulations. Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, including developing job descriptions, posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and facilitate their integration into the company culture. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, employee benefits enrollment, and compliance with wage laws. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge and support career advancement opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, timekeeping records, and HR databases. Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and investigations in a fair and consistent manner, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Partner with management to foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement, morale, and retention. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred. While freshers may apply, progressive experience in human resources management, preferably in the pest management or related industry would be preferred. Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and ideas. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity and professionalism with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
