Job description In this challenging position as HR Generalist/HR Executive, you will be managing the HR activities for a fast-growing Australian Software Product Development and BPO Company. Responsibilities and Duties - End-to-end recruitment and onboarding process - Oversee employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires - Administer and maintain employee records, including personnel files, and performance evaluations - Administer and manage the complete Salary process - attendance to Pay Slips distribution - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in compliance with labor laws and regulations - Administer and answer queries around PF, ESIC, PL, CL, etc. - Handle employee grievances and provide appropriate solutions, and escalate issues to the Management as needed - Manage and supervise administrative activities, including preparation of Offers, Exit, Warning letters, etc. - Ensure time entries are submitted on time, and follow up on support tickets - Administer, manage, and get queries answered from external vendors and service providers - Provide support to the senior management team as needed, including preparing reports and presentations - Continuously monitor and evaluate administrative processes to identify areas for improvement - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive Admin & HR information and handle it with discretion Required Experience and Qualifications Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist/ HR Executive Any Graduate/Diploma/MBA in HR Benefits: 1.
