Role & responsibilities
Taking care of documentation part for, induction and orientation of the new hires including all On-Boarding formalities
2. Conducting discussions with employees, focusing towards reversal of resignations and retention of the employee.
3. Processing the exit formalities FNF, exit interviews and relieving process of the employee.
4. Employee engagement activities.
5. Sat and Sun Fixed OFF.
Shift timing – 11AM to 8PM.
Preferred candidate profile.
Must be Graduate.
Must have Good Communication skills
