Zentek also offers staff augmentation services in the US and India. Role Description We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to oversee our Contract-to-Hire (C2H) team operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle of C2H hires, from selection to exit, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining smooth coordination with consultants and clients. Profile Summary: Position - HR Generalist Experience 3 to 6 Years Location Jaipur (Work from Office) (5 Days a week) Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days Job-Type - Fulltime/ Permanent Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR processes for the C2H hired team, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities. Act as the primary point of contact between the company, recruitment consultants, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and timely resolution of issues. Coordinate and conduct HR rounds during the recruitment process to assess candidates and ensure alignment with company requirements. Handle documentation related to hiring, onboarding, transfers, and exits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company norms and legal requirements. Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, bank information, attendance, leave, and timesheets for payroll processing. Oversee leave management, attendance tracking, and payroll administration for the C2H team. Facilitate employee appraisals, engagement activities, and grievance handling to promote a positive work environment. Monitor background verification processes and ensure timely completion before onboarding. Schedule and coordinate meetings with consultants, clients, and internal teams to discuss hiring status, project requirements, and employee performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the employee lifecycle. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on C2H team status, attrition, and HR metrics. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR professional, preferably managing contract or C2H employees. Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and exit formalities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate personnel records. Skilled in grievance handling, employee engagement, and appraisal coordination.
