About the Role: We are looking for a meticulous and creative Content Writer / Editor who can craft compelling content while ensuring the highest level of accuracy, clarity, and consistency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing, editing, analysing, and refining content to meet both learning and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 📝Content Development & Presentation  Write, present, and format content in alignment with client or project requirements  Develop content that meets defined objectives and resonates with the target audience  Oversee the layout, appearance, and editorial flow of feature articles and learning modules 🔍Content Review & Editing  Analyze, revise, and rewrite content to meet quality, clarity, and learning needs  Ensure content is grammatically correct (punctuation, prepositions, syntax, and sentence structure)  Proofread documents to ensure they are free from spelling, grammar, and typographical errors  Check that all text is logically structured and aligns with content goals  Verify correct alignment, proper formatting, and consistent use of visuals, illustrations, and captions Quality Control & Feedback  Ensure the accuracy and coherence of all content throughout development stages  Review and update storyboards based on client feedback  Provide constructive feedback to instructional designers and content writers  Maintain editorial consistency and uphold content quality standards at all stages of the production process. Project Management & Deadlines  Obtain and incorporate document feedback from internal teams and clients  Maintain high-quality work under tight deadlines and manage multiple content projects simultaneously  Coordinate with design, instructional, and content teams for final proofing before delivery Required Skills & Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field  0–3 years of professional experience in content writing/editing, preferably in eLearning or digital media  Exceptional command of English grammar and style  Strong proofreading, editing, and research skills  Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing tight timelines  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
