We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANAimplementations and support projects. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and optimize financial and controlling processes in SAP. Key Responsibilities: Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO functional solutions. Configure and customize SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, FA, Bank Accounting) and SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA, CO-PC, etc.). Work on SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, migrations, or upgrades. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, PP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration. Lead business process workshops and provide training to end-users. Work with ABAP teams for custom developments and enhancements. Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Required Skills & Experience: 6+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant. Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance Strong understanding of integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules. Experience in Controlling (CO-PA, CO-PC, Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, etc.). Knowledge of SAP FIORI Apps for Finance is a plus. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology. Ability to analyze and map business processes to SAP functionalities. Experience in configuration, testing, and training. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: SAP FICO Certification is a plus. Experience with Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Treasury Management is an advantage. Prior experience in Telco or tower companies is a plus.
