Job Title: Manager – Anantam Farm Location: Anantam Farm (19/11, Janti Khurd, Tajpur Road, Narela New Delhi, Delhi – 110036) About Anantam Farm: Anantam Farm is a luxurious private villa, offering a beautiful retreat with a sprawling lawn, modern interiors, cozy bedrooms, a large swimming pool with a deck, and lush garden surroundings. Perfect for relaxing stays, family lunches, and romantic outdoor dinners, Anantam Farm promises an unforgettable experience for its guests. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and responsible Manager to oversee daily operations at Anantam Farm and ensure a memorable guest experience. The ideal candidate should come from a hospitality or hotel management background and should be passionate about service and property management. Manage and supervise daily operations of the villa. ● Ensure guests enjoy a smooth, luxurious experience from check-in to check-out. ● Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall appearance of the property. ● Coordinate with housekeeping, gardening, and maintenance teams. ● Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally. ● Oversee event setups such as family lunches, birthdays, and special gatherings. ● Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate with vend

Role and Responsibilities

• Background in Hospitality, Villa Management, or Hotel Operations. ● Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. ● Candidate from nearby areas preferred (Narela, Alipur, Bawana, Kundli, Sonipat, etc.). ● Own vehicle for daily travel is a must. ● Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, booking tools). ● Good communication skills (English & Hindi). ● Responsible, proactive, and service-oriented attitude. Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience) Working Days: 6 days a week (flexible hours depending on guest requirements)
