Location: Noida ( Sec 127) Mode of Working: WFO Job Summary: Innovatiview is seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant - SAP FICO with HANA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) and a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA. This role requires expertise in financial accounting, controlling, asset accounting, and integration with other SAP modules. The consultant will play a key role in system implementation, configuration, and enhancement to support business needs Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO module functionalities within SAP S/4HANA. Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Conduct gap analysis and propose suitable solutions. Provide functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements. Perform system testing, user training, and documentation. Support end-users by troubleshooting and resolving SAP FICO-related issues. Participate in SAP system upgrades and migration projects. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure optimal system performance. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant. Strong understanding of SAP FICO processes including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and controlling. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.
