Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing and or operations Work closely with the teams to identify and implement productivity improvement measures. Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement, with a focus on defect reduction. Lead and support Kaizen improvement projects, ensuring their successful execution. Continuously review and refine processes to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in manufacturing excellence, and propose relevant improvements for implementation.
