Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support documentation and compliance with NABH, and other accreditation requirements
Prepare reports, presentations, and SOP documentation under guidance
Help coordinate training programs for hospital staff on quality protocols
Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS)
Collect, compile, and analyze data related to quality indicators and KPIs
Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Knowledge of quality frameworks such as NABH is preferred
