Position Overview As a member of the Immigration Case Support team, you will directly support our NC Operational teams, providing timely and accurate administrative and client support in order to meet internal metrics and deliver on our customer commitment. Duties and Responsibilities Coordination and communication with immigration consultants to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the preparation of client applications. Entering and verifying all data in application forms in the process of processing visa/address registration/residence permit applications. Informing clients about missing documents, preparing and sending final emails to clients, and ensuring that all requirements are in accordance with applicable legislation. Preparing a complete package of documents for submitting a visa application, searching for available appointments and scheduling according to client needs. Preparing and sending information about the estimated costs of services we provide to clients. Informing clients about the amounts to be paid and sending proforma invoices. Coordination and cooperation with partners from abroad in order to efficiently provide services to clients - organizing translation and legalization of documents. Upload all relevant documents to the internal portal. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation. Collect, analyze and prepare reports for client meetings, prepare weekly team activity reports, and other reports for internal monitoring and coordination within the team. Conduct audits of cases that have been completed or canceled to ensure full completion of the process and compliance with all procedures and internal regulations. Maintaining strict client confidentiality, ensuring secure document handling and protection of client Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and all other data Completing all work in strict compliance with law, regulations, and company policies, supporting CIBT’s and Newland Chase’s strong ethical culture Assisting with other department activities as needed, and performing additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Adherence to Company Policies Leads by example and complies with the company code of conduct and policies.
