Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The role will be crucial in managing and executing various HR functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the human resources department. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, capable of contributing to a positive and productive work environment within our manufacturing setting. The HR Executive will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and compliance.
Role & responsibilities
1.Managing the full recruitment cycle and facilitate the hiring process.
2.Should execute the effective induction and on-boarding process.
3.Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing them in a timely and professional manner.
4.Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
5.Track and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
6.Identify training and development needs within the organization.
7.Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
8.Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.
9.Participate in safety training and awareness programs.
10.Should prepare HR-related reports and metrics as required.
Preferred candidate profile
1.Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
2.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
3.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Especially with MS Excel-Vlookup, pivot table etc).
4.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
5.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
