Desired Candidate Profile
0-2 years of experience in US HR or equivalent industry experience (IT/Non-IT).
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or relevant field preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of US HR processes including onboarding process, background verification, offer generation etc. .
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates at various levels.
