Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern for a full-time, on-site six-month
internship at our Mahadevapura, Bangalore office. This internship provides an excellent
opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of Human Resources including
recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. The
selected candidate will be required to join immediately and must be available for in-person
interviews.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and
coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding and induction formalities for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for HR-related requirements.
Support HR operations and administrative tasks as needed.
Assist in drafting HR communications, policies, and SOPs.
Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and data.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Take ownership of assigned HR projects and ensure timely completion.
Key Requirements:
Graduate or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field.
Strong interest in building a career in HR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
