Note: The training will be for 3 weeks in Hyderabad. For that, candidates will receive ₹200 per day. After the training, the job placement will be in either Hyderabad or Bangalore. Job Description: We are looking for a motivated SAP FICO consultant with 0-2 years of experience and formal training in SAP Finance and Controlling. The candidate will support implementation, support, and enhancement projects in SAP FICO, working closely with business teams. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in SAP FICO module configuration, testing, and support. * Work on financial accounting (FI) and management accounting (CO) processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA). * Support Controlling functions such as Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders (IO). * Assist in financial reporting, reconciliations, and period-end closing activities. * Support data migration, master data maintenance, and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP). * Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues in collaboration with business users. * Assist in end-user training, documentation, and support activities. Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or a related field. * Completed formal training in SAP FICO. * Strong understanding of financial accounting and cost controlling principles. * Basic hands-on experience with SAP FICO transactions and configurations. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and collaboration abilities. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
