Your primary responsibility will be to review medical records and assign appropriate codes for diagnoses and procedures. You will work closely with healthcare providers to guarantee compliance with all coding guidelines and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Review and accurately code medical records using ICD-10 and CPT coding guidelines.
