Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and close positions within timelines.
Post job openings across relevant platforms and maintain an updated applicant tracking database.
Participate in campus hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations
Facilitate onboarding processes and ensure accurate completion of joining formalities and documentation.
Maintain employee records including attendance, leaves, and other essential HR data.
Assist in payroll coordination and monthly HR compliance processes.
Support internal HR audits and help refine documentation and processes.
