Training & Compensation Details:
Training Period: 6 to 8 months
No stipend/salary during this period
On-the-Job Training (Post Training Period): ₹20,000/month
Post Training Regularization:
CTC: ₹4.10 LPA (Fixed)
Take Home: ₹30,000/month
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
Undergraduate in Computer Science or ECE
Postgraduate in MBA
Strong communication and technical skills
Interest in working with SAP technology (SAP certification is a plus)
Willingness to work from the office and adhere to assigned shift timings
Important Notes:
Stipend begins from the 7th month onward
Minimum 3-year commitment post-training completion is required
No official documents will be issued in case of contract breach
A penalty will be applicable for any breach of contract or agreed clauses
