Roles & Responsibilities Recruitment & Manpower Planning: * Coordinating with various team leads for the requirement * Screening, Hiring & shortlisting of the candidates as per the requirement. * Responsible for joining and exit formalities * Arranging the induction program for the new joiners Payroll and HR Operations: * Preparing the Offer / Appointment letters with salary breakup for the selected candidates * Maintaining the personal files of employees * Maintaining the attendance Time record and Leave records of employees * Consolidation of Payroll with all inputs like Collection on attendance, leaves, new hires, employee information changes, and Reimbursements etc. ** Conducting the Training programs for the employees as per the need with end-to-end process * Maintaining database and report Statutory Compliance: *Preparation and submission of PF, ESIC & PT monthly and annual returns, handling *EPF withdrawals and transfer forms, *Preparation and submission of various returns under CLRA, *Renewal and apply for contract labor license. Updating of all statutory records. Required Qualification: 1. Any Graduate with relevant work experience in Human Resources. 2. Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication. 3. Strong mastery of the end to end recruitment process. 4. Team work the ability to work well within the team is key to this role
