Job Title: Intern – Content Development Location: Indus Office, Plot No 56, Sector 18, Gurugram Duration: 6 Months Probation Period Subject to performance, successful interns may be confirmed as Content Developers. Experience: Fresh Graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on capability and performance) Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (5.5 days/week) Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and creative Intern for Content Development to join our team at INDUS. The intern will play a key role in designing and developing engaging training content tailored to client needs. Under the guidance of the Content Development Head and Team Leader, you will interface with clients to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality content. Key Responsibilities: Develop PowerPoint presentations aligned with client specifications for training purposes. Collaborate with clients and team members to comprehend project objectives and content requirements. Create short audiovisual content, including automated videos, to enhance training modules. Utilize AI tools and support for content creation and optimization. Ensure the content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with the instructional design principles. Participate in client meetings and internal review sessions to refine content. Requirements: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in instructional design, content creation, or related fields. Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design. Experience or skills in creating animated videos or audiovisual content. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills to interface with clients and team members. Familiarity with AI tools for content support is a plus
