Job description:
We are looking for a Recruitment associate to join our Talent Acquisition team and help candidates complete their application,
perform screening of candidates, schedule/reschedule their first day and share first day details with new employees.
This will involve interact with candidates via email, phone call, instant messaging.
Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve candidate’s queries and complete job application.
Respond to candidate’s queries over email/text.
Resolve queries on a ticketing platform. Knowledge of Service now will be added advantage
Ensure Customer Satisfaction
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).-MUST
Proven work experience in an international contact center environment (preferably USA) in making/receiving calls.
Experience working and delivering under strict timeline.
Should have neutral accent
An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Agile and flexible with work schedule.
Logical and analytical thought process.
Willing to work in any US shift (EST/CST/MST/PST).
