Description
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment and Selection: creating job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
2. HRIS / HR Data System : Maintaining employee records, managing HRIS systems, and ensuring accurate and timely HR reporting
3. Attendance/ Leave management : To monitor the attendance & Leave system.
4. Compliance:Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and TDS/EPF/ESIC etc.,
5. Contract Management : To monitor the contract employees payroll and attendance.
6.Training/Learning: Periodic Training Schedule and development programs to support employee growth and organizational development.
7.Employee Engagement : To support with employee engagement activities etc.,
8. Policy and Procedure : To Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure smooth daily operations
