Key Responsibilities:
Inquiry Resolution, Issue Resolution, Documentation and Record Keeping, Handling Interiew Panel, Supporting HR Admin Operations, Employee Self-Service Assistance, Compliance and Policy Adherence, Benefit Administration, Reporting and Analytics, Employee Relations, Continuous Improvement. Responsibilities:
Inquiry and Issue Resolution: Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing accurate information and effectively resolving HR-related issues.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Handling Interview Panel Logistics: Coordinate and support interview panels, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.
Supporting HR Admin Operations: Assist with various HR administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department.
Employee Self-Service Assistance: Guide employees on utilizing self-service HR platforms and troubleshoot any related issues.
Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure all HR operations align with company policies and relevant labor laws.
Benefit Administration Support: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
Reporting and Analytics: Contribute to HR reporting and data analysis to support informed decision-making.
Employee Relations: Provide support in managing employee relations matters.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest areas for process improvement within HR operations.
Timing: 6:30pm-3:30am [Night Shift]
