Job Title: Oracle EBS Functional Consultant (Finance, HR & Payroll) Experience Required: 1–2 Years Location: Trivandrum Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Oracle EBS Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Finance, HR, and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, proposing suitable solutions, and supporting configuration and implementation activities. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in requirement gathering and gap analysis. * Configure Oracle EBS modules (Finance, HR, Payroll) based on client needs. * Support implementation and post-go-live activities. * Coordinate with technical teams for custom development. * Conduct functional testing and support UAT. * Prepare documentation and user manuals. Preferred Skills: * Basic understanding of Oracle EBS architecture. * Familiarity with module-specific workflows and setups. * Good communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
