Role & responsibilities We are looking for a diligent and experienced Store Incharge to manage our inventory, warehouse operations, and ensure efficient coordination of logistics and transportation. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of inventory control, supply chain management, and inbound/outbound transportation processes. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders. Maintain proper stock levels by regularly monitoring inventory levels and initiating restocking as needed. Oversee storage, handling, and movement of materials in compliance with safety and operational standards. Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials. Organize dispatches, monitor loading/unloading, and ensure timely delivery of goods. Liaise with transportation providers, freight forwarders, and delivery teams to ensure cost-effective and timely shipments. Prepare and maintain logistics documents including delivery notes, gate passes, GRNs, and stock reports. Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records. Maintain cleanliness and order within the warehouse and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Use inventory management software or ERP system to manage stock movements. Address any issues or discrepancies related to shipments or inventory. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Store Keeper or Store Incharge in a logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics. Familiarity with transportation coordination and knowledge of shipping documentation. Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software. Good organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Preferred candidate profile Male Candidate are Preferred.
