Description
JOB OVERVIEW : Responsible for overseeing production planning and control activities within the organization. Coordinate with various departments to optimize workflow. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Pending customer order analysis
Liaising with production and plant PPC department for the pending order production
Prepare in-house or interplant material shortage SKU wise of the pending customer orders
Prepare outsource material shortage SKU wise of the pending customer orders
Liaising with material management department for the shortage material procurement as per customer order shortage and safety stock
Analysis of shortfall material to fulfil the safety stock
Review pending production orders and complete these with the co-ordination of production department
Co-ordinate with the sales department for their requirements and to make them aware about the current orders delivery
Reviewing sales forecasts and customer demands to understand the product demands in the market
Planning production schedules to fulfil orders effectively taking planning time, routing and product quantities into account
Monitoring stock levels in raw materials, semi-finish and finished products to ensure a smooth production process
Coordinate with various departments to optimize workflow.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment

Prepare various MIS reports

Qualifications/Skills :
B.Tech/MBA/Diploma
3+Experience in related field
MS-office, Advance excel
SAP PP/MM module
