Description

- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, recruiters, and HR professionals. - Organize campus placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events. - Identify and bring in new placement opportunities across various sectors. - Coordinate with students to understand their career interests and align them with relevant opportunities. - Assist students in resume preparation, interview skills, group discussions, and other placement-related activities. - Maintain a database of students, recruiters, and placement statistics. - Ensure timely communication between students and employers regarding job opportunities, interview schedules, and selection results. - Collect feedback from employers and students post-placement to improve processes. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Networking and relationship-building ability - Counseling and mentoring abilities - Familiarity with employment trends and job portals - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Qualifications: Graduate/Master/MBA
