Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced SAP BTP / CPI consultants to join our global SAP Support Team. This role involves handling customer issues exclusively via chat using the SAP Ticketing Tool. If you're skilled in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and are ready to work remotely after initial onboarding, this is your opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve customer tickets through SAP’s OSS platform (Chat-based support only).
Provide solutions using SAP-authorized materials only (SAP Notes, KBAs, Help Docs).
Ensure prompt, clear, and professional responses to client queries.
Requirements:
Experience in SAP BTP / CPI (at least 1–2 years preferred).
Strong understanding of SAP integration technologies.
Excellent written communication skills (English).
Ability to manage support queries efficiently and independently.
Important Notes:
Initial Skill Test and Onboarding will be conducted in-office.
Only candidates who pass the test will proceed to remote work.
Post-onboarding, you’ll work 100% remotely.
