Position Overview:
We are hiring 5 experienced SAP consultants with expertise in Purchasing (MM, Procurement, Vendor Management) to join our global support team. This position involves working remotely, responding to client tickets via SAP OSS platform, with all communication handled exclusively through chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer tickets related to SAP Purchasing / Procurement (MM module) using SAP’s chat-based Ticketing Tool.
Resolve issues using only SAP-approved content, such as SAP Notes, KBAs, and official Help Documents.
Ensure prompt, accurate, and professional support responses.
Who Should Apply:
Consultants with solid experience in SAP MM – Purchasing / Procurement processes (e.g., Purchase Orders, Vendor Master Data, Release Strategies, Invoice Verification).
Professionals with 1–2 years of SAP support or consulting experience preferred.
Strong written communication skills in English.
Ability to troubleshoot purchasing-related issues independently and efficiently.
Important Notes:
In-office skill test is mandatory for all applicants.
Only those who pass the test will proceed to onboarding.
Onboarding is also conducted in-office, after which all work will be remote.
