Position Overview:
We are looking for 5 experienced SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) consultants to join our remote SAP Ticketing Support Team. You will resolve customer issues via the SAP OSS Ticketing Tool, focusing on chat-only communication โ no calls involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and resolve SAP HCM support tickets via chat.
Provide solutions using SAP Notes, Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), and official SAP help documentation.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via written chat.
Ensure timely response and resolution within defined SLAs.
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules such as PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits.
Minimum 1โ2 years of experience in SAP HCM support or implementation.
Familiarity with SAP HR master data, personnel actions, and standard reporting.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues using SAP-approved resources.
Important Process Details:
All applicants must attend an in-office skill test.
Only candidates who pass the test will be considered for onboarding.
Onboarding will take place in-office, after which you will begin working remotely.
