Our team resolves complex SAP issues using the SAP OSS Ticketing Platform, focusing on chat-based communication exclusively. Position Overview: We are hiring 2 SAP consultants with expertise in SAP Upgrade processes. In this role, youโ€™ll support customers remotely via the SAP OSS Ticketing Platform by responding to queries and resolving issues using chat-based support โ€” no phone calls involved. Key Responsibilities: Handle and resolve customer queries related to SAP Upgrade processes through the SAP Ticketing Tool. Use SAP Notes, Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), and official documentation to resolve upgrade issues. Provide timely, professional, and accurate responses via chat. Maintain clear documentation of all support interactions and ensure tickets are resolved within SLAs. Required Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience with SAP system upgrades (technical and functional aspects). Strong understanding of SAP Upgrade methodologies, tools, and best practices. Familiarity with version management, patching, and compatibility issues in SAP systems. 1โ€“2 years of SAP support or upgrade-related experience is preferred. Excellent written communication skills in English. Important Notes: All applicants must attend an in-office skill test as part of the recruitment process. Only candidates who pass the test will proceed to onboarding. Onboarding will be conducted at our office, after which all work will be remote. Why Work With Us?
