Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This role requires a solid understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Onboarding - Coordinate and support the recruitment process - Conduct interviews and facilitate hiring decisions - Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires Employee Relations - Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and questions - Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions - Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture HR Administration - Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical) - Prepare HR documents like employment contracts and HR policies - Manage HRIS data entry and reporting Compliance & Policy - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies - Support audits and maintain compliance documentation Performance & Training - Support performance review cycles and provide guidance to managers - Coordinate training and development initiatives - Monitor and report on training effectiveness Benefits & Compensation - Assist with benefits administration and employee communications - Support compensation reviews and benchmarking
