Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in HR generalist activities or related field (freshers can apply). Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA/PGDM) with specialization in HR/Industrial Relations. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel; knowledge of accounting principles an added advantage.
