Roles and Responsibilities
Manage attendance, leave, payroll, and statutory compliance for employees.
Coordinate with finance team to process salaries on time and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Provide support in recruitment activities by coordinating interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
Assist in soft skills training programs to enhance employee performance.
Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-2 years of experience in HR generalist activities or related field (freshers can apply).
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA/PGDM) with specialization in HR/Industrial Relations.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel; knowledge of accounting principles an added advantage.
