Job Description: Redserv Global Solutions is hiring Process Associates to support its Supply Chain Management operations. Ideal for freshers and early-career professionals, this role will support inbound and outbound order processing using SAP modules. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end order processing in SAP (MM/SD modules) Track and manage inbound and outbound logistics processes Maintain accurate records and update systems for material movement Communicate with internal teams and vendors for timely processing Assist in stock reconciliation and documentation tasks Work as per defined SLAs and shift schedules Required Skills: Good understanding of supply chain / logistics process Basic knowledge of SAP MM/SD preferred Strong communication and data entry skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to work rotational shifts Qualifications: Any graduate (preferably BBA/B.Com/B.Sc) SAP MM/SD exposure is a plus
