Location: Kandivali (Mumbai) Key Responsibilities: Providing production support for SAP MM Module. Checking open tickets and closing as per Priority. Master data Creation and Changes as when required. Proactively discuss on issues with other functional consultant for timely resolution. Interaction with end users for issue resolution. Participation in regular MM team meeting. Analyzing and providing solutions on the issues raised by the client. Worked under the guidance of senior consultant for Support role. Working experience on scheduling agreement/Contract. Adherence of SLA for L1 calls and enhancement /Developments Prepare and monitor daily works along with team and participate in SLA review Legacy System Migration Workbench(LSMW) Potential improvements that contribute to overall efficiency gains. SIT,UAT and End user training. Physical Inventory activity. SAP MM Business process configuration etc. Strong Integration Knowledge with other SAP areas like SD, FI and PP. Configuration Of Organization Structure, P2P Cycle configuration. SAP MM issues related to Release strategy of PR,PO and scheduling agreement. SAP MM Issues related to Procure to pay cycle. Working experience on Incident management and SLA Management. Working experience on stack transfer and transfer posting activities. SAP MM Certification is an added advantage.
