Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Associate with a strong background in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and a foundational understanding of SAP FICO modules. This role is perfect for individuals aiming to build a career in SAP ERP systems, specifically within financial modules. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the configuration, support, and maintenance of the SAP FICO module. - Translate business requirements into system solutions and support the implementation process. - Provide support to the finance and controlling teams in day-to-day operations and month-end/year-end closing activities. - Help manage master data related to customers, vendors, cost centers, and GL accounts. - Conduct testing and troubleshooting of SAP FICO functions. - Support in preparing functional specification documents. - Work closely with SAP technical consultants (ABAP) to develop custom reports and enhancements. - Assist in user training and documentation. - Monitor and resolve system issues related to FICO modules. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial operations. - Basic understanding of SAP FICO modules (FI: GL, AP, AR, AA | CO: Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders). - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Eagerness to learn and grow in SAP consultin
