This is a non-clinical, process associate role focused on assisting dentists and radiologists with imaging processes, ensuring image quality, and managing related systems Key Responsibilities * Assist in dental CT and Cone Beam CT (CBCT) procedures, providing technical support for dental X-ray imaging techniques. * Support image acquisition processes, perform quality control, and manage images and data through PACS and RIS systems. * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related. * Collaborate with dentists, radiologists, doctors, therapists, and patients to schedule procedures, communicate imaging results * Troubleshoot basic imaging system issues and escalate complex problems to technical teams. Required Skills & Knowledge * Technical skills in CT, CBCT assistance, and dental X-ray imaging techniques * Experience with image acquisition, quality control, PACS, and RIS systems * Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to comprehensive support. * Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate processes and assist associates for optimal outcomes. * Commitment to ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and safety protocols * Willingness to learn and support integrated dental imaging and physiotherapy workflows Work Schedule * Shift: General Shift Timings * Working Days: Monday to Friday * Week Off: Saturday & Sunday Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Radiography and Imaging Technology, Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), or an equivalent healthcare qualification * Fresher graduates encouraged to apply * Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages preferred
