About the Role:
WHY TAP, a dynamic division of WHY Global Services, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR cum Business Development Executive with an MBA in HR. This unique hybrid role blends responsibilities in recruitment, operations, CRM management, and business development, making it an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to launch their careers in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 HR & Recruitment
Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for interns and full-time positions
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Support employee onboarding, induction processes, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for attendance and performance tracking
🔹 Collaboration with Digital Marketing (DM) Team
Work with DM heads to allocate interns and track their progress
Collect feedback and performance updates from creative/design/video teams
Ensure adherence to HR guidelines and internal protocols
🔹 CRM & Operations
Manage and update CRM data for students, clients, and internal teams
Handle student engagement, follow-ups, and onboarding support
Prepare weekly CRM reports and assist in client communication
🔹 Business Development
Support lead generation through LinkedIn, job portals, and digital campaigns
Coordinate with leads, schedule meetings, and assist in follow-ups
Work with sales/marketing teams on proposals, presentations, and outreach
Research competitors, prospects, and market trends
Contribute to email campaigns and client pitch documentation
Required Skills:
MBA in HR or equivalent (Freshers welcome)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools
Excellent multitasking, time management, and follow-up discipline
Interest in HR, operations, and business development
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a team environment
