Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, improving SEO performance, managing social media, integrating CRM systems, and building a compelling digital brand presence. Prior experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Lead Generation & Conversion Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and real estate platforms like 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com. Create and deploy lead magnets (brochures, forms, videos) to attract and qualify potential clients. Track lead sources and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and high lead conversion rates. 🔹 SEO & Website Management Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings. Maintain and update the website with project listings, blogs, and landing pages. Monitor and optimize site performance using tools like Google Analytics. 🔹 Social Media Marketing Develop and manage a content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Run engagement campaigns (polls, reels, testimonials, virtual tours). Respond to comments and inquiries promptly and professionally. Track social media KPIs and continuously optimize strategies. 🔹 Campaign & Project Marketing Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for specific real estate projects. Collaborate with designers to create engaging banners, brochures, and videos. Analyze campaign performance weekly and conduct A/B testing for improvements. 🔹 CRM & Lead Nurturing Integrate lead forms with CRM platforms for efficient lead tracking. Segment leads by budget, interest, and location for personalized communication. Automate follow-ups via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email campaigns. Review lead aging and feedback to refine lead nurturing efforts. 🔹 Brand Building & Content Strategy Create high-value content such as blogs, project comparisons, and guides. Share client success stories and testimonials to enhance brand credibility. Produce YouTube content: project walkthroughs, locality reviews, etc. Partner with influencers and property portals to boost brand exposure. 🔹 Analytics & Reporting Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards to monitor campaign success. Generate weekly/monthly reports and identify optimization opportunities. Present insights and recommendations in regular review meetings. Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably in real estate). Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, and Google Analytics. Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and digital analysis. Excellent project management and communication abilities. Good knowledge of real estate market trends and buyer behavior. Additional Responsibilities (For Senior Roles): Plan and manage digital marketing budgets. Train and mentor junior marketing team members. Manage third-party vendors, agencies, and freelancers. Organize webinars, virtual site tours, and other digital events.
