Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants.
Coordinate interviews by scheduling dates, times, and locations with interviewers.
Negotiate salaries and benefits with selected candidates during the offer generation process.
Ensure smooth joining formalities for new hires by coordinating with HR team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources management.
Strong communication skills for effective telephonic conversations with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in mass mailing, sourcing profiles on job portals like Naukri.com etc., conducting exit interviews.
