We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our team and play a vital role in managing our human resources functions efficiently. Job Summary: The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, attendance, compliance, and retention programs to ensure smooth operations across all hotel departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement hiring plans for all hotel departments based on seasonal needs. Monitor employee attendance, working hours, paid time off, breaks, and overtime. Screen, assess, and interview potential candidates to meet staffing requirements. Facilitate onboarding processes to help new hires acclimate smoothly. Track and report employee turnover rates and suggest retention strategies. Execute employee retention initiatives, including end-of-season bonuses. Organize and coordinate training programs, focusing on customer service and skill enhancement. Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to job roles and policies. Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and catering for employees when necessary. Administer remuneration, severance, and employee benefits in accordance with company policies. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and labor regulations. Maintain and organize employee records, including contracts, visas, and work permits. Qualifications: 1 to 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry. Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle confidential information professionally. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools. Male candidates preferred.
