About the Role We are looking for a passionate and dynamic HR Recruiter to be part of our HR team. Prior internship or experience in recruitment is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities ๐Ÿ” Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and employee referrals. ๐Ÿ“… Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. ๐Ÿ“Š Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports while building a strong talent pipeline across various roles. ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit. ๐Ÿค Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience. ๐ŸŽ“ Assist in employer branding activities and support campus recruitment initiatives. ๐Ÿ’ฌ Act as a point of contact for candidates and ensure a smooth and engaging hiring journey. Requirements A Bachelorโ€™s degree in any discipline or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) is a plus. Prior internship or work experience in recruitment or HR is desirable but not mandatory.
