About the Role We are looking for a passionate and dynamic HR Recruiter to be part of our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills, a keen interest in recruitment, and a desire to grow in the field of Human Resources. Freshers are welcome to apply! Prior internship or experience in recruitment is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities 🔍 Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and employee referrals. 📅 Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. 📊 Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports while building a strong talent pipeline across various roles. 🗣️ Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit. 🤝 Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience. 🎓 Assist in employer branding activities and support campus recruitment initiatives. 💬 Act as a point of contact for candidates and ensure a smooth and engaging hiring journey. Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) is a plus. Prior internship or work experience in recruitment or HR is desirable but not mandatory.
