Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Back Office Executives – Banking Operations. In this role, you will support major banking clients by performing critical back-end operations such as loan processing, data entry, and transaction quality checks. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process and verify various types of loan applications Perform data entry and documentation for banking operations Conduct quality checks on processed transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy Manage backend operations related to different banking products and services Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks Required Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred) or any discipline with basic banking knowledge Proficient in computer usage and MS Office applications Typing speed of 21 WPM or higher Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Preferred Skills: Basic understanding of banking and loan operations Familiarity with different loan products (e.g., personal, auto, home, business loans) Understanding of loan processing workflows and documentation Salary & Benefits: Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month (based on skill set and interview performance) Night Shift Allowance: ₹75 per night (applicable to male candidates only) Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 9-hour shifts Rotational shifts (Night shifts applicable to male candidates only, on alternate weeks) Key Attributes: Hardworking and dedicated Flexible with work shifts and roles Quick learner with a passion for career growth in the BFSI sector Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Immediate joiners will be given preference Why Join Us?
