The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Splicer and possess a valid driving license. Accommodation will be provided by the company. Key Responsibilities  Perform fiber optic cable splicing, termination, and testing.  Operate and maintain TM machines efficiently.  Troubleshoot and rectify splicing issues.  Ensure proper handling, installation, and quality control of fiber optic networks.  Maintain safety and compliance standards while working on-site.  Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely project completion. Requirements  Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Splicer.  Strong knowledge of TM machine operation.  Valid driving license (mandatory).  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Strong problem-solving and technical skills.  Willingness to travel and work on different project sites.
