The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bulk or mass hiring, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage high-volume hiring requirements across multiple roles Source and screen candidates through various platforms Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth onboarding process Maintain recruitment databases and reports Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in bulk/mass hiring Strong sourcing and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Immediate joiners preferred
